
The GoPlanner TIME system has been specifically designed to optimize the management of human resources in construction sites and the mananagement of the security part. The GoPlanner TIME suite is ideal for:
- teamwork planning
- management of the internal employees as well as the outside sub-contracted collaborators
- real-time monitoring of the presences of workers in all construction sites
- management of the access in construction sites
- management of the security by verifying the use of DPI
- use of the employees' badges with DPI automatic dispenser
Il GoPlanner Time allows to detect the presences of the employees in various construction sites , process and send them directly to the salary office, managing particularly:
- overtime hours
- holidays and leaves planning
- absence because of illness or accident
The employees are equipped with a proximity badge, personalized according the the Bersani-Visco law, in order for the epmployees to be able to use it also as an ID badge.
The timestamps of start/end of the worknig shift, can be acquired in various ways:
- con terminali fissi installati nei cantieri: questi possono avere un collegamento online diretto ad Internet se disponibile (ad es. adsl, scheda con SIM dati, WiFi,...) oppure posso raccogliere le timbrature in modalità offline; nella modalità offline le timbrature possono essere inviate al server GoPlanner in diversi modi: scaricando le timbrature con una chiavetta USB, con un portatile o uno smartphone
- con terminali mobile dati in consegna ai capi canieri (oppure custodi nel cantiere): i terminali mobili posso essere gli SmartTap oppure dei comuni smartphone NFC
For other aspects relative to the access control management and security management in the construction site, it is neccessary to use an additional module: GoPlanner ACCESS.
